LEADERSHIP: Matt Clark has over 10 years of private equity experience and has worked for leading firms KKR, Incline Equity Partners, and HCI Equity Partners. He has completed over 25 acquisitions of founder and family-owned businesses. He is originally from Richmond, Virginia and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from The College of William & Mary, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a scholarship member of the men’s Division I track program. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina.
